Water & Sewer Rates

On January 10, 2024 the Twain Harte Community Services District (District) Board adopted the 5-year water and sewer rate schedules that will provide enough revenue to cover operating and capital costs over the next five years. This will allow the District to continue to provide quality, reliable water and sewer services to our community.

The following water and sewer rates are effective beginning January 15, 2024.

Water Rates

A table showing monthly base charges for water service by user class and meter size with an explanation of what the charges cover.

Water consumption charges: $3.06 per 1,000 gallons for 0-2,000 gallons, $4.31 per 1,000 gallons for 2,001+ gallons.
